Check the Security Seal
Before opening your package, use the tester piece provided to check the color and quality; returns are only accepted if the main security seal on the bundle remains unbroken.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select whether you would like an exchange for a different shade or a refund to your original payment method.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the unopened product in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return to confirm the seals are intact, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
